An older property (circa 200 years) with large reception rooms but lacked sufficient bedrooms and modern kitchen expected for a property of this size and location. To facilitate this, the existing kitchen area with bathroom above had to be sympathetically removed so as to avoid damage to the remaining main house. A new and lager wing was added that included an impressive kitchen with a massive aga, whilst above are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A new dormer window was added to the third floor to make the existing room more usable.
