The project involved extensive refurbishment and enlargement to create an impressive open plan ground floor with underfloor heating throughout and equally impressive second floor with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The roof structure required extensive on site redesign to overcome short falls in the original specification, all of which were accommodated within our team.
