A 1940's semi-detached house set on the edge of a large green. All the houses surrounding the green have great character and so it was important that the addition to the property maintained this high standard of street scene. A large number of changes were incorporated as the build program progressed, one of the changes required new planning approval and this was dealt with accordingly, without fuss.
